2. Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, IONOS processes data on my behalf. I have a data processing agreement with IONOS according to Art. 28 GDPR. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is a secure and reliable website.

3. Server log files

When you open this website, your browser automatically sends information that is stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page you opened, browser type and version, operating system and the page you came from. This data is needed to deliver the website and to keep it secure. It is not combined with other data. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after a short period, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.

4. Contact form and email

If you write to me through the contact form or by email, I process the data you give me: your name, your email address and your message. I use it only to answer you and to arrange a first call. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your message is about working with me, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Your message is sent to my email inbox at IONOS.

Please do not send detailed health information through the contact form. If you choose to tell me about your health, you agree that I process this information to answer you (Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to christina@resetflowstate.com.

I delete your message when your request is settled, unless the law requires me to keep it longer.

5. Cookies

This website uses only cookies that are technically necessary to run it. It does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. The legal basis is § 25 (2) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

6. Links to social media

This website contains simple links to my profiles on Instagram and TikTok. No data is sent to these platforms when you visit my website. Data is only processed by them after you click a link and open the platform. Their own privacy policies then apply.

7. Analytics and newsletter

This website does not use analytics tools and does not send a newsletter.

8. Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise it by „https://“ in the address line of your browser.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

– get information about your data that I process (Art. 15 GDPR)

– have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)

– have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR)

– have the processing restricted (Art. 18 GDPR)

– receive your data in a common format (Art. 20 GDPR)

– object to processing that is based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)

– withdraw a consent at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the EU country where you live (Art. 77 GDPR).

10. No obligation and no automated decisions

You are not obliged to give me any personal data. Without your name and email address I cannot answer your message. I do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

I update this privacy policy when the website or the law changes.
